A) No loitering or hanging out in the front yard for any reason. The back patio is used for this.
B) Keep entry and exit doors closed and locked at all times.
C) No weapons, drugs, or paraphernalia of any kind.
D) In case of an emergency, we need all residents to sign in and out of the home when leaving the property.
E) Bedroom property and belongings my be inspected at any time and within reason, for the safety and protection of all residents.
A) No stealing or using other person's items without permission.
B) Do not open or enter any unauthorized areas.
C) No animals allowed due to other participants' allergy concerns, sanitary issues, and/or general safety of others.
D) Keep all doors closed at all times.
E) Clothes must always be worn outside of your room.
F) Personal items are not allowed to be left unattended in common areas.
G) Kitchen access closes at 8pm.
H) Do not touch, block, or move cameras in and a round the house.
I) No overnight guests are allowed.
J) All guests must follow house rules.
K) Guests are only allowed in common areas and only within curfew hours.
L) Residents can enter the home during these hours only (unless prior approval received): 6am-11pm Sunday-Thursday & 6am-12am Friday-Saturday.
A) Smoking is only allowed in designated outside areas in the back of the house.
B) No storage or use of any illegal drugs, alcohol, or un-prescribed medication allowed in and around premises.
C) No sharing medication of any kind.
D) Everyone is subject to random drug and alcohol tests (including guests).
A) All areas are to remain clean and sanitary at all times.
B) Food is only allowed in the kitchen.
C) Chores are required to be completed daily.
D) You shall keep up with your personal hygiene by bathing and brushing your teeth frequently.
E) You shall have no complaints that you or your personal space have offensive odors.
F) You may not wash another person's clothes or mix their clothes with yours.
G) Laundry area available on your scheduled days and times only
A) No threats, aggressive, or violent behavior is allowed.
B) No profanity or offensive language directed at any residents, neighbors, staff, or helpers.
C) No lending or borrowing money, cars, or other property from anyone in the house or neighbors.
D) All residents must attend outpatient treatment.
E) No romantic advances on staff or helpers.
Violation of these rules may lead to immediate termination of your stay.
